The Details.
Most connections are installed within 4-6 business days after your paid order. The dispatch team will email you your install date and time a few days after your payment is received. We install Monday-Friday, and someone age 18 or older must be present.
Your next bill will be due one month from the installation date. It's easy, straightforward pricing. Your price includes taxes and no extra charges for equipment. There is never a “gotcha” moment. Ever.

Number of devices, speeds, and download time examples are estimates and based on an optimal wired connection to the gateway. Actual customer speeds may vary and are not guaranteed. Download speeds (up to 940Mbps for Internet 1000) are typically due to overhead capacity reserved to deliver the data. Speeds may vary based on factors including site traffic, content provider server capacity, internal management factors, and end-user device capabilities. Plan and service availability depends on location. Not all plans available at all locations.
